■Guarantee and Return Policy

If you found some problems (so as crack or chip) with your ceramic purchase,
it can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping charges back to Japan).
This policy is good for ten days after receipt of the work.
However, the piece must be returned to us in the exact same condition
it was sent to you.

■Pricing, Taxes, and Shipping

The prices listed herein do not include shipping fees.
All other applicable fees and taxes are included in the listed price.
I will inform you of shipping fees and gain your approval before processing your order.
Depending on the shipping method you select,
your ceramic product could be sitting at your front door in four days to four weeks.
